· Two Weekly Semi-Private Training Sessions To Work On YOUR Needs – Boot Camp training is great, but because everyone’s physiology is different it really isn’t the perfect solution if you’re looking for really fast results. In your semi-private kettlebell training sessions, your coach will work with you, your key areas and trouble spots, giving you valuable one-on-one time that’s guaranteed to speed things up. During these sessions, you learn effective and proper kettlebell technique to take your fitness to the next level.
· Individual attention based on YOUR needs. â€â€That’s what makes this program so great. It will never be bigger than 8 people per session. Your coach is vested in your success and keeps you on track in and out of your sessions. Because we all know that what you do in the 23 hours that you’re not training is just as important than the hour you spend in your training session with us.
· Private Weekly Nutritional Assessments – As you know, nutrition is the secret weapon of health and fitness, and most other trainers, boot camps, and health studios are absolutely clueless about it. In your very own private consultation we will work together so that your diet (that is so crucial for your fitness) will help your training, and not hinder it. We do this through our Vitabot technology where you will be able to journal all your food, learn how to choose foods based on nutrition AND what you like. You’ll be able to sign up for a weekly consult with your coach to go over your challenges and results on a weekly basis!
· Private Monthly Coaching And Fitness Re-Evaluation Session – If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. So at the beginning of each training program, we’ll be assessing your individual needs that will ensure your success. You’ll get weekly check-ins with your coach throughout the program so that you have no other option but to follow through, and at end of each training program we will re-evaluate your progress, and make sure you’re still on track to succeed with your health and fitness goals. Your coach will keep you on track each month until all you’ve achieved all your goals, then keep you focused on maintaining them once you’ve reached them!
